At LATAM Airlines, I work as a Product Designer on the mobile app team, focusing on improving the end-to-end travel experience for our customers. I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to design user-centered solutions, from check-in and boarding to managing flights and loyalty points. My role also involves driving experimentation through A/B testing and iterative design, using data and user insights to validate hypotheses and optimize the overall experience.

Shappi / UX Lead

At Shappi, I was responsible for structuring the UX team and implementing a user-centered product vision, which had a strong impact on development processes.

To ensure consistency across components and improve development efficiency, I designed and supported the implementation of a design system. The documentation was created and detailed in Figma and then transformed into a Flutter component library.

I worked on a multidisciplinary team focused on improving the experience of delivery partners using the Sou Rappi app. I led the design of features related to performance metrics, scheduling, real-time deliveries, and partner connections. Designed the enterprise account dashboard to provide a personalized overview of the financial status of the business and to facilitate access to the features and products most relevant to each case.

Helped the Business Account team to implement a 2-factor authentication login by benchmarking other market players, mapping the user journey and facilitating workshops to understand the users perspective and deliver a functional solution.

As a part of the Design System squad, launched the argentine version of the Flame Design System, translating the global team visions and solutions to a more locally consistent approach.

Part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing solutions for accomodations partners where the focus was to help them maintain the inventory with up to date information (descriptions, pricings and availability), reduce the time needed to manage booking invoicing and ease the comunnication with the guests.

Designed the first chatbot of the company, that was part of a extensive initiative to reduce costs at the after sale team.
